How to check IPO allotment status
After an IPO closes, the registrar publishes who got shares. Here is how to find your result.
- Find the IPO's registrar in the offer document or on the exchange page.
- Open the registrar's allotment page and pick the IPO.
- Enter your PAN, application number or DP and client ID.
- Read the status: allotted, not allotted, or no application found.
When do results come?
The allotment is usually finalised about a day after the issue closes. Allotted shares reach your demat account the next working day, and the IPO lists on the third working day. The offer document has the exact dates.
Checking several PANs
Each registrar has a different page, and you repeat the steps for every PAN. IPO Pilot checks all your saved PANs together and groups them as allotted, not allotted or not applied.
