We built IPO Ideas so that waiting feels a little lighter.

IPO Ideas is a free home for IPO data in India, made for retail investors who would rather feel informed than overwhelmed.

A note from us

Behind every application, there is a hope.

Nobody applies for an IPO on a whim. Behind every application is a month of saving, a conversation at the dinner table, a family quietly trusting that this one might be the one.

We have seen how that hope turns into anxiety: the late-night refreshing, the fear of missing a closing date by a few hours, the checking of one PAN after another on one registrar website after another, hoping for a single word.

We cannot promise you an allotment. We can promise that you will never feel lost, rushed or misled while you wait.

That is why IPO Ideas exists. To put every date in one calm place. To show the premium honestly, with its limits. To remind you at the moment you choose, so your day can belong to your family and your work. And to keep your most sensitive detail, your PAN, where it belongs: on your phone, under your lock.

What is IPO Ideas?

IPO Ideas is a free place to follow IPOs in India: what is open, upcoming, closed, allotted and listed, with live GMP, subscription, price bands, lot sizes and the market calendar, for both mainboard and SME issues. The Android app adds reminders, a watchlist and allotment checks.

Is it free?

Yes. The website and the app are free to use.

Where does the data come from?

IPO details, GMP, subscription and market events are collected from public sources and refreshed automatically through the day. Every GMP shows when it was last updated. Always confirm details in the official offer document and on the exchange or registrar website.

What is GMP and can I rely on it?

Grey market premium is the unofficial premium at which an IPO trades before listing. It is a sentiment signal, not a guarantee. It can move every day and can differ between sources, so use it together with subscription, price band and company financials.

What do Open, Upcoming, Closed, Allotted and Listed mean?

Open: bidding is on right now. Upcoming: announced but not yet open. Closed: bidding has ended and results are awaited. Allotted: the allotment is out and the stock has not listed yet. Listed: the shares have started trading.

Why can't I check allotment or save my PAN on the website?

On purpose. A PAN is sensitive, so this website never asks for it, never stores it and has no accounts. Allotment checks, reminders and your watchlist live in the app, where saved PANs stay encrypted on your phone behind your biometric lock.

What is the difference between Mainboard and SME?

SME IPOs list on the SME platforms of the exchanges and usually have larger lot sizes, so the minimum investment is often higher. Check the lot size and minimum amount before you apply.

Does the website collect my personal data?

No sign-up and no PAN. Your theme choice is remembered in your own browser. Our servers may keep standard technical logs for security. See the privacy policy for details.

Is this investment advice?

No. IPO Ideas provides information only. Investing in IPOs carries risk, including loss of capital. Consult a qualified adviser before you invest.

How do I delete my account or contact you?
